Shipping / Tracking

Its easiest to track your order in your My Account Page. Go to your Orders page and look for the Track My Packagebutton to view real-time order updates.

We currently ship products from our distribution centres in USA, UK, China and Australia. They are temperature-controlled fulfillment facilities. All packages will ship from one of these warehouses depending on your location.

Shipping rates vary based on the shipping method, weight and destination. Place an item in your cart to see the shipping methods available for your country from the Shopping Cart page.

Returns / Refunds

1. Sign into your account
2. Click your Order History page, find your Order Number
3. Click the Refunds/Returns button from the right side. Fill out the form and await our timely response.

Only orders with Delivered Status and within 60 days of being purchased can be processed for return/refund.

Once your order is received by our team you will receive an email to let you know that a refund has been processed.

It can take up to 30 days or more for us to receive and process your return. If you’re receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return. Please check the status of your order that was returned/refunded in your Order history.

Any product can be returned within 60 days of being purchased.

Make sure you entered your email address and password correctly. Any error may prevent you from logging into your account. Do not have the caps lock key on when entering in your password as it is case sensitive.

Try one of our alternative methods of logging in with a temporary code or with your Google account.

For security purposes, if you have unsuccessfully attempted to log into your account 3 consecutive times, we will temporarily lock your account.

Your account may be unlocked within 24 hours.
